Received his degree in Dentistry in 1984, a Doctoral thesis in 1989, a PhD degree in 2003 and Privat-Docent degree in 2004 all from the University of Geneva. After maintaining various teaching and research positions at the University of Geneva, he is currently active as a senior lecturer at this University and is also associate Professor at Case Western University, in Cleveland (USA).
Dr. D. Dietschi is in charge of anterior adhesive restorations and perio-implant surgery.
He published over 65 papers on clinical and scientific aspects of adhesive and esthetic restorations. Co-authored the book “Adhesive Metal-free Restorations: current concepts for the esthetic treatment of posterior teeth” by Quintessence publishing (1997), which was translated into seven languages.

If you have a question about materials, methods, or techniques he will definitely know the answer.
Most of the cases he shows are not ideal. They are what most dental practitioners would find in their day-to-day work. Lots of his cases come from teaching at the university where cost is an issue. He has basically taken composite to a whole new level to give patients an option to rival porcelain if they have limited finances.
Didier is kind and approachable. All dentists, no matter what stage you are at in your career, can benefit from his classes. He is a master!
